"Failing to plan, is planning to fail."
Alright, one more thing settled. :) My life's not fixed and dead, it's just that I'm more aware of the things that are going on around me.
Burning the candle at both ends is what I often do so as to not leave anything to the eleventh hour, thus, I make hay when the sun and moon shine. If you have a doze of this medicine, you will know what it's like to doze...off.
Yupp, it was an exhaustive day for me today. Couldn't believe that I was dozing off during the second lesson already...
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Here's something to share with whoever shall read this post. Hope it will help you guys be more aware of your habits and lead a healthier and brainy life! (I got it from somewhere where I don't remember though):
"10 BIGGEST BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS
Hmm... As for talking rarely... Apparently geniuses like Albert Einstein and the fictional L don't really do so... Hmmm...
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer's disease.
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term sleep deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.
Sleeping with the head covered, increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain."
Figures.
