Amplify Friday- Relationships #1 & #2(a)

We had Don who gave us his reflection about relationships in a single's perspective.
The 3 main things that he touched on were:
1. Direction and not intention determines our destination
2. Prayer, good advice, good habits determine our direction
3. If you are on the wrong direction, RUN in the opposite direction!
He also mentioned that "The road to hell is paved with good intentions.", and that "Problems happen, but they don't just happen."
I wouldn't explain whatever he said for those points because.... YOU HAVE TO COME FOR AMPLIFY YOURSELF! :D

Romance- Falling in love
Romance: A strong emotional attachment, fascination, involvement for someone
Wisdom: Having insight into what is best for the given situation, "The art of living skillfully in whatever conditions we find ourselves in."
Romance v.s. Wisdom
The depth of the friendship must be able to contain the weight of expectations.
Don't settle for mish-mash relationship!
Proverbs 19:2 "It is not good to have zeal without knowledge, nor be hasty and miss the way."
The 3 aspects of compatibility:
1. Spiritual Compatibility
Involves growing together in faith, sharing a common treasure, tapping on the common strength of God (unity of the relationship). It is important to talk about God together.
2. Character Compatibility (core of the person)
