"The world is changing."
Almost everyone who reads the above sentence is bound to have a feeling of sadness stirred up in them for a moment at least. Strange, but true. Of course when one thinks about it a little further, there are things worth being happy about too. Despite all the technological advancements in science that has brought greater convenience in life, and all the milestones that man has accomplished in this world, there is a general sentiment among us all that we are losing something of importance as the world changes.
Why do we feel so?
We all know that all changes are dependent on the variable: Time. The time taken for a change to occur determines how fast or slow the change is. The lesser the time taken, the faster the change, and vice versa.

The change depicted in the above picture on the evolution of man is a gradual change. For obvious reasons, it is a timeline that shows the steps taken for the change to occur from the crawling man, to the man on the desk.
However, if we take away all the steps in the middle, or, so to say, the change occurs to quickly, then we're only left with the first and the last guy, without knowing whatever happened in between. Therefore, when these kinds of fast-paced changes occur around us, we feel that we have lost track of time. Comments such as "It seemed like it was just yesterday" would be unanimous among the witnesses of change. It feels as if the world whizzes us by with us remaining relatively 'constant'. I suppose the sadness comes from the reluctance of letting go of the past because of the feeling of nostalgia.
Upon the realisation that things around us have changed, this begins to unconsciously imply a message to us, telling us that we have grown. In other words, we are aging. Well, for most people who believe that death is the final phase of life, this certainly is bad news and the only natural initial reaction to a piece of unpleasant information is dejection.

Take a look at the above picture. Yupp, you've got it. It is the stock exchange chart and I'm pretty sure that even if you do not do trading, you will understand that the above bunch of numbers will change very frequently. And I mean VERY frequently.
Using this analogy, when there are many changes everywhere which we are unable to notice and keep track of, that is when the quantity of change is too much. Well of course, this is an inevitable fact of life.
Everyday everyone does something different which changes the course of events following the day.
Even if everyone does what they consider the 'same' thing, they would do it differently in more than one way. Even IF we are all robots and we do the same things everyday, for as long as we are slaves of Time, today's work is today's work, and tomorrow's is tomorrow's work: Every second is always a first.
It is for this very inescapable hard truth, when everything around us changes every second, that we sometimes feel a little more helpless. We feel that we are lagging behind if we do not take the step to change too. But when we take the step to change, it seems that whatever we do in a day, doesn't seem to make a difference because there are too many things to do in a day, too many things to change.
How many times have you aired your unhappiness about not having enough hours in a day to complete whatever you have set out to do?
"There is no time.."
Sounds familiar?
First of all, with respect to theories of science, I believe that the societal changes are either physical changes or chemical changes. Some of them are reversible changes, while others: irreversible.
While the world may change, some things in life don't.
Just because something changes, doesn't mean that something else has to change.

If Adam and Eve had obeyed God and not take the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge, they would not have been banned from the Garden of Eden.
Every change has a consequence.
Unfortunately, the secular world is becoming more laxed on issues of what is right and what is wrong. It tries to make what used to be known as wrong, seem right. Back in the days when black was black and white was white, there was a clear distinction between right and wrong. Now, there is grey.

Love is one sacred thing that has been twisted by the devil. It is our responsibility to discover the Truth ourselves, and share the Truth with others who need it so badly.
The moral decadence in the world is what saddens whoever who still has sanity, and those with hearts that yearn for fulfilment in life. We are not able to change everything, but we just need to do our part.
I hope that whoever who gets to read all this, shall pass it on.
